Child Safety Standards (CSAE Policy)

1. Our Commitment

Versio has a zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and will take immediate action against any content, behavior, or account that violates child safety standards.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following items are strictly prohibited on the Versio platform:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any format
• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
• Any content that sexualizes individuals under 18 years of age
• Sharing, distributing, or linking to material depicting minors in a sexual context
• Any communication intended to facilitate real-world abuse of children

3. Age Requirements

Versio requires all users to be at least 18 years old. Users under 18 are not permitted to register or use the platform. During registration, users confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement. Accounts identified as belonging to minors are immediately suspended.

4. Content Moderation

All user-generated content on Versio — including files, messages, videos, and documents — is subject to our moderation policies. We use automated detection tools and human review processes to identify and remove content that violates child safety standards.

5. Reporting Mechanisms

Any user can report content or behavior that violates this policy. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. To submit a report:

6. Enforcement Actions

Upon identifying a violation, Versio will:

• Immediately remove the offending content
• Permanently suspend the account involved
• Report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and competent local authorities, as required by law
• Preserve evidence and fully cooperate with investigations by competent authorities

7. Compliance with Google Play Policies

The Versio Android app complies with the Google Play Developer Policy on Child Safety (https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/9878810) and the Families Policy (https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/13544111). Our app is designed exclusively for adults (18+) and is not directed at children.
